ORiksha – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the ORiksha mobile application and services. By installing or using the ORiksha app, you agree to follow these Terms.

By using ORiksha, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You will use the app only for lawful travel purposes.
• You will not misuse any service, feature, or booking system.

• User must provide accurate Name, Mobile Number, and Email.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• Any suspicious or fraudulent activity may lead to account suspension.

• Pickup and drop locations must be accurate.
• Driver availability depends on nearest free drivers.
• Fare will be shown before confirming the ride.
• Cancelling too many rides may result in penalties or account restrictions.

• User must behave respectfully with drivers.
• No illegal goods or restricted items allowed during rides.
• Damage to vehicle caused by user must be compensated.
• Providing false information may result in permanent ban.

• Drivers must follow traffic rules.
• Drivers must behave professionally with users.
• Ride must be accepted only when available to pick the user.

• Ride fare is based on distance, traffic, and demand.
• Online payments are processed via third-party gateways.
• Refunds (if applicable) will follow gateway rules.
• ORiksha is not responsible for bank-side delays.

• User may cancel before the driver arrives nearby.
• Late cancellation may include cancellation charges.
• Drivers may cancel due to traffic or emergencies.

ORiksha will not be responsible for:

• Driver actions outside our platform’s control.
• Unexpected delays due to traffic or weather.
• Loss of personal belongings during the ride.
• App downtime due to maintenance or technical issues.

• Violation of Terms may result in temporary or permanent ban.
• ORiksha may terminate accounts involved in fraud or misuse.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be shown in the app. Continuing to use the app means you accept the latest Terms.
